Patronage

The patronage for the opera school project has been taken over by Lower Saxony's Minister of Culture and Deputy Prime Minister Julia Willie Hamburg.

"I am very happy about the cooperation between the baroque ensemble la festa musicale and the AES Laatzen. Music has so many different facets: it expresses emotions, tells stories and makes us think. In addition to artistic-musical encouragement, the piece "Venus & Adonis" invites the students to critically engage with socio-political issues. This is a good thing, because we want to turn young people into self-determined and participating citizens. I would like to thank all those involved for their commitment and wish them much joy in the coming months. I am looking forward to the results next year."
